Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

Sie besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern (je mit Doppelbett), einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem Esszimmer, einem großzügigen Wohnzimmer, einem großen Badezimmer mit Dusche, Vorraum, 2 Balkonen und einem Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Für Elektroautos steht eine E-Ladestation zur Verfügung. Auch die Ferienwohnung Hochserles (für max. 6 Personen) gehört uns und liegt im EG des Hauses.
