At East Coast Hideaway, we want you to enjoy nature and the outdoors. The perfect escape from the city but still not far from restaurants and attractions. Come enjoy our private stargazer dome surrounded by beautiful maple trees, located on our 30 acres property. We are open all year round. The getaway is made for 2 adults. You will have your own fully equipped kitchenette, 3 pcs bathroom, wood fired hot tub, private screened in gazebo, sauna, fire pit and more! ATV & Snowmobile friendly!

Mangata Mactaquac wants you to leave all your stress behind when you stay at our cabin in the woods. We are located on a beautiful property with streams, waterfall, wood fired hot tub, hiking, biking, and outdoor fire pit with cooking grill and more. Our cabins are situated just steps to the hiking trails of Mactaquac Provincial Park. Whether you need to soak in the hot tub, a hike in the woods, a gathering space by the fireplace or stare into the abyss on the swing, let us support your peace and calm. ​ Based on season, we also offer ice skating, paddle boarding, fishing and swimming in our pond.

The Owl's Nest Wilderness Cottage

Come experience farm life for yourself and stay at The Owl’s Nest Wilderness Cottage – our private, off grid retreat that boasts open pastures, wildlife and a warm Nova Scotia welcome! Tucked between Bear River, Annapolis Royal, and Kejimkujik National Park, Owl King Orchard is a 70 acre farm dotted with highland cattle, sheep, goats and winding forest trails. If you’re coming to unwind or to explore the local area, there is plenty of fun to be had all year ‘round.

The Star Dome at the Belleisle Bayview Retreat!

We offer one night stays! Enjoy stunning panoramic sunset views of the beautiful Belleisle Bay in the Star Dome; situated in a natural meadow near the lodge building. The Star Dome provides a unique experience with propane fireplace, and a clear roof for star gazing. The outdoor viewing deck includes a kitchen with all utensils/ hot sink, hot shower, toilet and BBQ. Round out your relaxation with our Finnish wood-stove sauna and cold tub at $50 per hour.

Here, you can marvel at the twinkling stars, listen to the soothing sounds of the forest, and find peace in nature. Our dome is 37 feet in diameter. You will be 5 minutes from the best hidden beaches on the East Coast. On a clear day, you can even see the majestic windmills on Prince Edward Island.
