Waterfront 2 bed 2 bath rental (Suite 2)

Make memories at this newly renovated 2 bedroom suite on Little Squam Lake. Enjoy the sandy beach and complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, fire pits, BBQ grills, a swing set & swim raft. A perfect place for your family to enjoy Squam Lake! This suite was part of a classic motel and cabin community. In 2024 the motel rooms were gutted and 2 were combined to make a larger suite. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and screened porch. The 2nd bedroom has a full sized bunk bed.

Nestled in the NH mountains on a babbling brook (yes literally!) with a mountain view, our newly renovated 700 sq ft cabin is a perfect place to unwind. Come sit on the deck, under the porch or by the fire pit and enjoy the sound of the brook and the mountain scenery! Dogs are allowed with host approval. $30 pet fee per stay. A unique crafty cozy 1 bedroom/1 bathroom UPSTAIRS suite with most of the comforts of home except a oven. Woodland trails on the property, moderate hikes nearby or bring your kayaks and explore the many ponds and lakes in the area. Ragged Mt and Mt Sunapee Ski Resorts are both under 30 minutes away. This newly designed suite is perfect for an individual or couple wanting to escape into the country but still be within an easy driving distance to local sites.

Downtown! Studio w 3/4 Bathroom. Private Entrance!

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.

Hebron Historic Farmhouse

The farmhouse was built between 1795 and 1800 by the ancestors of the owner. We renovated it in 2017 and added 600 square feet to the original structure. The space combines the charm of the old with the convenience of the new. We know you will love this relaxing, quiet country setting with views over a lovely meadow to the south, and Mount Crosby to the north.
