This is a historic Italianate 1841 Mansion - original 9 foot ceilings, native white oak flooring throughout. The mansion and surrounding 4 acres of gardens, lawns, meadow and picnic area are a beautiful quiet place to relax by yourself or to plan with us your events or group gatherings. The 4th bedroom on the 1st floor is available only for groups larger than 6 people. Guest quarters are located in the main part of the house. My wife and I live in a separate part of the house.

We are located on a tree lined street, beside Wooster Square park, and ten minutes walk to Yale old campus and downtown New Haven. There is plenty of free street parking, out front. It is great for weekend visits or longer extended stays.
