The Barn at Tan Y Rhiw nestles in the Nanmor valley, surrounded by ancient woodland, with spectacular views of Moel Ddu. A safe place to retreat from the world, and reconnect with nature, over two miles from the main road. Relaxing in the private garden listen to owls hooting or cuckoos calling. Walking from the door leads you to an old drovers track, or higher up through bilberry scrub to Cnicht, the Welsh Matterhorn, or along lanes and paths to secluded swimming spots in rivers and lakes.

'Cwtyn' - a Cute Country Cottage

Cwtyn is a detached,stone built former swill house,used to prepare pig feed in the 19th century. It has been converted into a cosy self-catering cottage whilst retaining the original stone fireplace and slate hearth. It is now an open-plan space,compact and practical, with bathroom, kitchen, log burner,TV and Wi-Fi. Outdoors there is an enclosed space,slate patio,seating,fantastic views and private parking. Rural,peaceful and unique - a great base for exploring Snowdonia,Anglesey and Lleyn.

Murmur y Coed translates simply to the murmur of trees and sits in a tranquil spot at the end of a private driveway, the closest property to the forest and beach. Llanddwyn Island and beach are one of Wales’ most popular and enchanting spots to visit. It's a lovely walk through the woods to Llanddwyn Beach, you may even see some of the famous red squirrels of Newborough Forest. We are dog friendly and have plenty of outdoor space along with direct access to the Wales Coastal Path.

Beachfront home, private access to quiet beach

Beachfront home with uninterrupted spectacular views out to the Irish Sea. With private stepped access to the beach, our home comfortably sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, but can sleep up to 6 using the sofa bed in the second lounge. Enjoy sunsets from the decking relaxing on our sun loungers or find secluded spots on the cliff tops for even more privacy. The Annexe adjoins Ty Deryn Y Mor (also a holiday let), each has their own private garden, decking and path to the beach.

Tyddyn Plwm Isa

Tyddyn Plwm Isa is a cosy two bedroomed retreat set in a beautiful location for those who love the great outdoors. With fantastic views from the large windows overlooking Snowdonia, its location is quiet and peaceful and ideal for enjoying the natural surroundings of this beautiful corner of Anglesey. Near Llanddwyn beach, Newborough forest, sand dunes, wildlife, fabulous local food at the Marram Grass and we are dog friendly! Perfect for spending time with friends and family.

Welsh Cottage (Grade II listed) with eco features

Dating back to 1850, this quaint white-washed Anglesey cottage is close to the beautiful coastline including magical Llanddwyn Island, an area of outstanding natural beauty and Newborough forest. A real hidden gem, Pen y Gamfa is tucked away down a pedestrian pathway. This charming cottage comprises a lounge and bedroom area. An Aga woodburner with Welsh slate surround provides ample heat supplemented by underfloor heating. An eco extension with living roof is a later addition.

The Walled Garden

This is a self-contained annex to our main home with a twin room and ensuite (shower) double bedroom with a view of the summit of Mount Snowdon. There is a kitchen lounge with facilities including log burning stove and fully equipped kitchen area. There is a TV and WiFi is available. There is a covered area for your car at the entrance to the walled garden which is shared with the hosts. The hot tub is no longer available as it was more trouble than it was worth.

Recently refurbished farmhouse in the village of Felinheli. Quiet location yet within walking distance to all amenities. The property benefits from a private garden and parking space. Convenient location to explore Snowdon, Anglesey and the Lleyn Peninsula. Felinheli village is on the shore of the Menai Straits and has a shop, pub, cafe and restaurant. Greenwood family adventure park is within a mile and the historic town of Caernarfon is only 4 miles away.

Welcome to Bryn Goleu. Set in 3 acres , it’s a romantic, quirky and cosy barn, set 700 feet up Bwlch Mawr mountain with stunning sea and mountain views. You have total privacy with no passing traffic. Peace & quiet, wildlife and wonderful walks all at your doorstep. Watch stunning sunsets over the bay and sunrises over Snowdon. The name Bryn Goleu means mountain light. One small/medium dog is welcome but please let us know and check the doggy rules with us.
