Your detached studio accommodation is located at the rear of the property with its own private lockable entry. It is renovated with a modern bathroom and mini kitchenette with all you need for your stay. The king size bed accommodates a couple or can be split for a twin share. Tea/coffee, towels and other small essentials included. The main residence is a restored original 1960's beach cottage. The private gated property is only a short stroll to patrolled surf beaches and Nobby Beach shops.

We are 400m from the beach and even closer to the vibrant restaurants and bars of the Nobby Beach precinct, The Arc, Ally Chow, and Mexicali Taqueria to name a few. The Space The apartment is a calm and relaxing two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. With two balconies, you have a choice of overlooking a quiet waterfall pool, while the larger rear balcony has a treetop outlook.
