Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

We charge per guest! This allows a party of two to enjoy our home as much as a party of six. Be honest when booking. Book with the total number of guest you will have at the cabin. We have cameras and will cancel your reservation if you do not abide by this.
