Cosy Coastal Studio~Walk to beach~Private getaway

PLEASE NOTE. A house is being built next door so there may be noise during work hours... The daily rate has been reduced. This studio is an open plan, industrial style guest house situated in front of the property as a separate dwelling with own private entry. Tropical surrounds create a lovely ambiance & our stunning beach is within walking distance. Peregian Beach village is a 4 min drive to cafes, boutique shops & patrolled surf beach. Noosa 10 mins. Bus stop within walking distance.

Birdsong Villa - Figtrees on Watson

Birdsong Villa (at Figtrees on Watson) is a purpose architect designed fully self contained cottage for use by our short stay guests. It is on the same property as our very popular Betharam Villa (see Figtrees on Watson listing for photos and information about this beautiful property). The villa has been designed to be wheelchair friendly with wide door opening and minimal door sills. The villa was completed in early 2021 and had been finished and furnished to a high standard.

This waterfront townhouse is on the Noosa River. Upstairs is a full kitchen, spacious lounge and dining area. A north-facing deck with BBQ is overlooking the pool. Downstairs is a bedroom, two bathrooms and a sunny spacious courtyard Fully air conditioned, with ceiling fans. The riverside pool is shared by four townhouses. Hastings Street and Gympie Terrace are within easy walking distance. It's pet-friendly subject to approval.

Chateau - Sunshine Beach

Our very clean, light, air conditioned one bedroom studio with kitchenette facilities is situated opposite a small bush reserve on a quiet one way street that is a short stroll from beautiful Sunshine Beach and the vibrant village or a five minute drive to Noosa Heads, the National Park and Noosa River. Your laneway gives you your own private space as the open area in front of the house is not available to use.

Riverside Retreat

Very private two story town house. Fabulously close to Gympie Terrace and i great dining as well as Noosa river and all the water sports the river offers. 2.5km from Hastings Street and a short drive or bus ride to Sunshine Beach. Bus stop to both these locations just out the front. Close to Noosaville shops, supermarket and Noosa junction. We have extensively renovated the property to the highest standard.
