From here, you can walk or cycle straight into nature: to nearby sand dunes, lovely villages or wide open landscapes. The lively city of Breda is just 15 minutes by bike. The accommodation has a bathroom, cozy box bed and kitchenette. Enjoy the sounds of birds, playful squirrels and all the greenery around you. Unwind or head out and feel the energy of the outdoors, you’re in for a lovely stay!

Situated 3.5km from the picturesque village of Eersel, on the very edge of the forest, lies B&B De Zandhoef. This beautiful cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests, however 2 to 4 is more comfortable with the space available. You have access to your private Jacuzzi and our heated outdoor swimming pool (April - October) There are many mountain-bike and hiking trails in the area and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB to try these out. Het pittoreske vakantiehuis Rozemarijn ligt tegen de natuurgebieden De Plateaux en Dommelvallei. Ontspan in deze stijlvol ingerichte woning. Beneden bevindt zich een grote woonkamer met goed geoutilleerde keuken en badkamer. Het huis is geschikt voor een gezin of vriend(inn)engroep van 2-4 personen. De slaapkamers boven met 2 tweepersoonsbedden staan in open verbinding met elkaar. Buiten is een overdekt terrasje en een groot gazon. Vanuit het huis is direct aansluiting op wandel- en fietsroutes.

In de omgeving vindt u diverse musea en restaurants. Mooie fiets- en wandel omgeving. Dichtbij Veldhoven, Eersel, Valkenswaard en Waalre. Dus dichtbij MMC Veldhoven, ASML en Koningshof. Ons huisje is vooroorlogs, maar helemaal opgeknapt tot een moderne, warme en sfeervolle Bed & Breakfast. Waar vroeger het toilet buiten in de tuin stond en de bedstede midden in de woonkamer, hoef je tegenwoordig voor douche en toilet het huisje niet meer uit. Binnen is het knus door de warme aankleding en de sfeervolle houtpellet kachel. ’s Avonds is het er na een dag golven, sauna of wandelen heerlijk vertoeven bij de haard onder het genot van een drankje. Goede wifi ook om te werken.
