Welcome to "The Wild Chicken Holiday Suite" We are situated 1 km from the National Park and 5 minutes to downtown Cheticamp. The suite has a dream coffee bar with excellent coffee and tea choices as well as other hot beverages too. You will also be delighted with fresh that morning seasonal muffins that I make and forage the fruit for! You also have your own private deck and entrance with a table and umbrella! As a guest you have full access to the fire pit with wood included! NO MICROWAVE.

Located on the awe-inspiring Cabot Trail, Le P'tit Blanc sits on a quaint hill minutes from the entrance of the National Park. Surrounded by peaceful meadows and panoramic views of the highlands, guests are able to retreat and relax while being a short drive from the bars and restaurants of Chéticamp. Only 5 minutes to the beach! There's a General Store that carries everything from groceries to camping supplies (and much more) open late -- only a hop, skip and a jump away from the house.

River View Getaway

Centrally located in Northeast Margaree, adjacent the famous Cabot Trail and overlooking the Margaree River, this newly renovated 2 bedroom bungalow is close to grocery and bakery and other amenities, 30 minutes to Cheticamp or Inverness or Baddeck, numerous beaches nearby. A perfect location to kayak, swim, river tube or fish within walking distance of 6 salmon pools, plenty of free parking, your home away from home awaits your arrival. Sorry no pets and no smoking allowed.

R&D Retreat

This small traditional Acadian-style home is just off the Cabot Trail, and a 5 minute drive to the popular Gypsum Mine. This home is a cozy retreat if you are looking to explore the National Park and its hiking trails, or in the winter, the many snowmobile trails in the Highlands (lots of parking for machines/trailer). You will be a 15 minute walk down the road to the ocean and the Buttereau swimming spot, and the infamous Aucoin's Bakery is just a hop, skip and jump away.

Wild Rose Cottage

This cottage is centrally located between Baddeck, Inverness and Cheticamp. It is approximately 30 min each way. It features a lovely, large back yard with firepit area and mountain views. The Portree bridge is a short walk down the road, which is a popular swimming spot. The river runs along the opposite side of the road. There are lots of local beaches, hiking trails and golf courses in the area. The property also has direct access to the highland snowmobile/atv trails.

Guesthouse Studio Suite

Our studio guesthouse is located minutes from Chimney Corner Beach and the world famous Cabot Trail. We are located just 20 minutes from the town of Inverness, where you can enjoy a round of golf at our world class golf courses as well as enjoy many great restaurants and beaches. The studio guesthouse is quaint and comfortable and comes with everything you may need for a relaxing getaway including an oceanfront sauna. We look forward to having you stay:)

The Worn Doorstep - Queen Suite

Save $$ on longer stays! Air-conditioned suite with private entrance on the lower level of a family home. Including, a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, coffee/tea facilities, and toaster. There is a shared barbeque for guest use. Check-in instructions will be sent via the Airbnb app. Please read carefully prior to your arrival. **We live on main floor so foot traffic and our dogs may be heard. Only 1 parking spot per room.**

Chez Marianne - Hot tub getaway!

Charming and cozy, this fully renovated house is the perfect getaway! Located only 10 minutes away from the village of Cheticamp and the Gypsum Mines Trail, 15 minutes from the Cape Breton Highland National Park, and 30 minutes away from the Cabot Cape Breton Golf Resort, this perfect spot has a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a small living room, one bathroom and a private 6 person hot tub.

Swallow Bank Cottage #5, two bedroom on the River

Two bedroom cottage located in Margaree Centre. Our four, full housekeeping cottages sit along the Margaree River, just minutes from the Cabot Trail. Cottage 5 has a queen bed, two twin beds, and a sofa bed in the living area. The covered front porch is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring beautiful Cape Breton Island. Guests can check-in after 3pm. Check out is 11am.

Bothan Beag - Tiny House on the Water

Our 25’ x 8.5’ tiny house is situated on a beautiful secluded piece of ocean front property in Port Hood with a secluded beach and spacious deck. There is a loft with a queen sized bed and a sofa in the main area that turns into a double bed. There is a 3 piece bathroom in the back underneath the loft as well as a second small private room with enough space to set up a pack n' play.

The Garden Shed

Our little Garden Shed is a rustic guesthouse on our family property, perched above the beautiful Margaree Valley and just off the Cabot Trail. It's a cozy, rustic space with a composting toilet, solar shower, woodstove heat, and lots of charm — best suited to guests looking for a simple, countryside stay.
