Located two miles from downtown Keene Valley, and at 1800 feet, this is an ideal place for those who prefer the quiet forest, the peaceful sound of a mountain brook, and possibily seeing animals.

The property has park-like grounds with a private outdoor stairs that lead down to a wild Adirondack river. We allow guests to bring up to two pets for an additional pet fee. This is a small 3 bedroom house with big covered porch , New Paint, Floors , mattresses and Furniture every thing you need for a weekend or a month Vacation. Across the street from Blue ridge River / Falls Good for many activities.Large backyard and fire pit, Close to Boreas pond Tract which is opened to Public in 2016 for hiking. Less then 15 minutes from Schroon lake and the Village for shopping and Public beach.Minute from the "buffalo" farm where crafts, Produce and other things are sold.

Horse-Views Apartment

Our cozy apartment attached to our garage can sleep 2 guests and provides a unique western vibe with views of our horses from the bedroom window. The property is roomy and private but also has two main houses and two barns within sight. We are 8 minutes from the Schroon Lake village with the river within walking distance to swim, kayak or tube in. This is also a great location for many of the tourist attractions like hiking, boating, fishing, skiing/snowboarding and snowmobiling.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and private apartment in the heaven on earth that is Schroon Lake. We have traveled around the globe, staying in a myriad of vacation rentals. Since then, we've renovated the private apartment attached to our home to accommodate guests and we hope to take our countless stays into consideration to create the best possible guest experience here in the lovely place we call home, the Adirondacks! The Peasant's Quarters has an eat-in kitchen with a full-size stove/frig. In the bedroom is a queen-size bed. We also have a queen-size pull-out couch. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a private entrance with on-site parking. We are not far away from all the fun in Lake Placid/ Lake George or a day trip into Vermont. Bring your boat/TRL/side by side/bikes/motorcycles, we have room. Local boat launches/beaches, too. Book your staywith us for a wonderful getaway.

Riverside Tent Camping Site

Get back to nature! This is a quite riverside primitive campsite. NO BATHROOMS so everything is natural. Come let the tranquil noise of our river lul you to sleep in the fresh Adirondack mountain air. Lots of hiking, boating, rock climbing and mountain biking near by. Only 25 minutes to Lake Placid ( home of two winter Olympics) for some of the Adirondacks best restaurants and tourist destination. There are NO trash facilities on site, so if you pack it in, pack it out!
