Ha il riscaldamento autonomo, acqua calda e tutti gli attrezzi da cucina. Era un piccolo caseificio dal XVIII secolo a 30 anni fa ed è tutto in pietra locale, ristrutturato filologicamente. La casa è disposta su un piano terra e primo piano, entrambi di 18 metri quadrati. È una casetta semplice, senza il massimo dei confort, ma ha l'indispensabile per una mini vacanza.
