The waterpark , Waterworld is just 3 min drive away. Local supermarket/bar/restaurant at a 7 min walk. Busstop at the end of the road. There are some tradional villages in the surrounding areas with local tavernas. Quiet neighbourhood

The lovely one-bedroom place is centrally located and has easy access to everything. Coffee shops, restaurants, markets, and pubs are within walking distance. The most famous landmarks of Famagusta city are a 5-minute drive away. The most spectacular beaches of Famagusta are also within 5 to 10 minutes' driving distance. New suit with new shower on the top floor. separate entrance, king size matress on the floor without a bed , sea view. huge balcony. Stairs to go upstairs are wood stairs and a bit sharp direction so not very good for kids but cool for adults and couples. This is the top floor you see not the one below although we rent this 3 bedroom penthouse as well. call for details.
