This 1850's one bedroom rustic cabin offers the option of 2 twin beds or 1 king (beds moved together with insert- upon request) and is ideal for history enthusiasts. A wood-burning fireplace adorns the downstairs, while the sleeping quarters are in the loft above. Decorated in period furnishings as well as an open air (no door) bathroom, visitors will get a more intimate look at our Country’s history. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night).

The Tinder Guest House is a 4-room guest only suite. It features one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, smart tv, mini-fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker. The Perfect View is located on the Beautiful Rappahannock River with the most gorgeous Sunsets in the Northern Neck. I provide a pier, fishing fear, kayaks,and you can swim in the water. I also have a Brute Magnet to treasure hunt on the river bottom. There is a rental fee and waiver to sign. I'm a Chef and provide breakfast &Dinner for an additional cost. You will have a frig and a grill as well. You catch em ! I'll clean em and cook them! I also steam crabs on sight during season.
