No road noise, safe swimming, kayaking or trips to the Poor Knights Islands. BASIC cooking only; BBQ, Fridge, plates, cups, glasses, etc. Great eateries near by.

Otherwise, for those who prefer, the local shop, cafe & liquor store is across the road! Pukenui is a great stop on the way to or from Cape Reinga. We are in the heart of Pukenui, a small quiet community. As hosts we share the property should you need any assistance during your stay.

This unique retreat is surrounded by native bush and offers stunning views of the Poor Knights Islands. Our private guest house includes a kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, bar fridge, air fryer, and slow cooker. Sheep, dogs, ducks and birdlife share the property with you as well as the occassional peacock harem.
