Prosser Dam Paradise- Close to town and reservoir

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home on Prosser Dam Rd. Located minutes from Prosser Reservoir and a short distance to downtown Truckee, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has all the space you need for a wonderful stay. 6 guests are included in the price of the reservation. There are two sleeper sofas and the house can accommodate up to 8 guests. Guests 7 and 8 would be $50 per night per guest. Pets are allowed for a negotiable fee $$ depending on how many nights and how many pets!

Our family's quaint A-frame cabin from the 1950s overlooks the lake with an unobstructed view from all living areas. There is a hot tub off the back deck overlooking the lake. The cabin is walking distance to both Kings Beach (0.9 miles) and Speedboat Beach (0.4 miles). The Crystal Bay stateline casinos and restaurants are also walking distance (0.5 miles). Stateline Lookout hiking trail is across the street. Northstar, Diamond Peak and Mount Rose resorts are 10-15 minutes away by car.

2-bedroom, 1 bathroom in the Gold Bend neighborhood in Northstar. The bathroom has a large shower and tankless water heater. Full kitchen, gas fireplace and a 55" TV with Roku, that allows you to log into your own accounts and log out when you leave. Shuttle stop is very close. No additional fees for pets and the 12% Placer County transient tax is factored into the price.
