Eingebettet zwischen Olivenbäumen, Weinbergen & Obstgärten auf den Hügeln von Poreč in Kroatien, ist das Haus Alisia für 6+2 Personen ein ruhiger Rückzugsort abseits des Trubels der populären Touristenziele. Gelegen mitten in Istrien – der Region, die bei den Römern als Terra Magica bekannt war und wo bis heute vieles an die Blütezeit der Kultivierung des Landes erinnert. Die ehrwürdigen Städte auf den Hügeln, das klare, blaue Meer, die Geschichte sind nur einige der Attraktionen der Halbinsel.

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

This house is situated outside the city center,away from neighbours,noise and daily bustle of everyday life.There's a vast fanced garden surrounded by nature so you can enjoy your vacation and your privacy. The patio has a long handmade table, benches and a barbecue.The little kitchen has an electric stove&oven, dishwasher, freezer & fridge,dining space, living room and bathroom and all are on ground floor (50 m2). 3 bedrooms are on the top floor one 20m2, a 12 m2 & third small room 7m2

Počitniška hišica na podeželju "BEe in foREST"

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

Villa GreenBlue je moderna i luksuzno namještena kuća za odmor sa bazenom smještena na mirnoj lokaciji svega 2 km od centra Poreča te isto toliko od mora. Kuća se nalazi na osami, okružena je livadom i šumom iz koje će na livadu nerijetko "navratiti" njeni znatiželjni stanovnici, srne i divlji zečevi. Kuća je smještena na ograđenoj okućnici koja je na raspolaganju samo gostima kuće a na kojoj se nalazi veliki bazen površine 50 m2, vanjski whirlpool, finska sauna i roštilj.

You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.
