Snowmobile trail entrance .25 mile Within 30 minutes to everything Northern Michigan!! The "Sunshine Cabin" enjoys ample natural sun year around from its lofty position up in the trees. The large picture window overlooking Big Lake provides a birds eye view (partial view) of both the canopy and lake. This 81’ deep lake has an island and home to many types of fish that's why we brought fishing/recreational kayaks for our guests. The boat launch access is just 1.6 miles from the sunshine cabin. The cabin is secluded on 1.45 acres of trees. The place has 18 stairs to the 2nd floor.

The Lily Pad

Rustic cabin on Echo Lake with 60 ft. of beach, a dock for fishing and a swing for relaxing. Enjoy the sunrise, then enjoy the rest of your day on the beach with a screened in tiki bar equipped with refrigerator and gas grill on the water. Cabin has three bedrooms with queen beds, loft has a California king and a double bed. Loft also has a computer and kids area. Two full baths, outside dining area and a screened in lower deck with refrigerator, ceiling fan and hammock for relaxing.

We offer 2 kayaks to use (must transport) cornhole boards & bags, trail riding your UTV/ORV, hiking, rafting at Jordan Valley Outfitter, snowmobiling. & many fine dining restaurants, several ski resorts and short day trips! Additionally, a 90 jet hottub for ultimate relaxation!

The strategically placed windows provide stunning views of the surrounding forest and encourage natural airflow. In my opinion there is not many places that surpass this idyllic location.

A short road ride will take you to trail head #7 on the snowmobile trails. It's also a perfect location to make a summer day trip to Burt Lake with your trailered boat. This tiny house is most comfortable for 2. Being a tiny house the bedroom loft does require climbing a ladder. Centrally located to skiing, snowmobile, ORV, hiking trails and lakes and rivers! Private yard with a fire pit (some firewood Included). Pets accepted with a fee.
