Furnished and finished to a very high standard, this cottage is located in the heart of Devon in the middle of beautiful countryside. Equidistant from the amazing Exmoor and Dartmoor, under an hour to the cathedral city of Exeter and both south and north Devon beaches. The perfect place to relax and unwind. If you require a third/fourth guest it’s a sofa bed.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.
