Este es el lugar para que te relajes en nuestro espacio elegante y bien equipado, con todas las comodidades modernas. Puedes disfrutar del amanecer desde tu balcón privado o darte un chapuzón en la piscina climatizada. Share the quiet backyard and pool with your hosts. Half was between Disney & the beaches. 12 years & older only. Sofa extends to a single bed. Minutes from Interstate-4. NOT a heated pool. Wheelchairs are fine. Driveway Entry gate 39"- Breezeway to Ramp entrance 32"- Slider Entrance 33"-Bedroom door 35"-Shower (no step) 35"-Laundry 32"-Closet 35"-Queen bed 29"-standard cabinets. We are not Handicap Certified but most wheelchair guests have not had issues. Grab bars are in the bathroom.

Walking distace from windixie supermarket, downtown lake Mary, restaurants, shopping centers, entertainment and dunking Donuts. Common areas outside studio are shared. Property is at lake Mary across Country club, close to Sanford, Boombah Sports, Orlando Fl. 30 min to Daytona Beach. Near Wekiva springs. To go to Disney, easy access to I-4 and 4-17.

We have towels, beach toys, umbrella tent and chairs; bogie boards even got you covered with sunscreen. We have everything you need for days (or weeks) at the beach. Just bring your swimsuit. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A 5 minute walk on a dedicated path leads directly to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, or take a dip in one of 3 pools (1 heated).

The home is 1600 sqft and your space is 335 sqft, private and cozy!!! It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over
