Our house is located in the center of Rockridge (1 block from College Ave) and adjacent to Elmwood (Berkeley). It’s a “walkers paradise”: near cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and a 10-12 minute walk to the Rockridge BART station. We have lived here for 28 years and recently completed a major renovation.
