Our charming Seahorse cottage is steps from the ocean & beach --as well as nightlife, shopping and dining within walking distance (3 min). It is a studio with a kitchenette and all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Included is WIFI, cable tv, parking and a patio to unwind. For the back cottage (seahorse) you will have front door access located closest to the parking area. Access to get in is via a 4 digit code that we manage for you. It is a code that will last your entire stay. Along with access, you will also have two parking spots for cars to park. Parking in OB is scarce so this indeed is a bonus! Your stay as our guest is our top priority. Even though we do not need to be onsite (we give you a 4 digit code that gives you a key) we are always available to you should you need us, via text, email and/or phone. We want you to enjoy your vacation but know that everyone interacts differently. If you need help, advice on places to eat, visit or even how to get there do not hesitate to reach out for clarification or advice. We love our city and cottages so we want you to have a wonderful experience while visiting our favorite beach --Ocean Beach. Ocean Beach is a coastal community northwest of downtown San Diego. It is bohemian in nature and brings a very relaxed and eclectic mix of visitors. The main strip on Newport Avenue is only 2 few short and flat blocks away. It has great places to eat, drink and sjop at the many boutiques. The best part of staying in OB is that you really don't need a car here--you can catch a ride with uber from the airport to the beach cottages for less than $15 or a cab, uber or lyft for a bit more ($15-20 to our beach cottages)

1/2 Block to Santa Cruz Beach Cove. Our Ocean Beach Casita is a small cottage behind the main house in front. It has it's own parking space and entrance. The Casita has air conditioning, a heater for use during cooler months and sleeps 5 guests comfortably. There is a full kitchen that includes a washer/dryer, an enclosed small private yard /deck. There is a tandem parking area that has a space available for your use. Pricing per night is for up to 5 guests.

OB Casita

Stay in a cozy Casita surrounded by a private garden. The inside space is petite, the yard is large. This in-law unit features a kitchenette, a private bathroom, a BBQ, and a fenced outdoor area perfect for pups! Sit under the avocado tree on the back deck and watch for the OB parrots. Or, take a short walk in this lively neighborhood to, beaches, dog beach, tennis courts, restaurants, bars, shopping, a playground, or a dog park.

Quaint Cottage Six Blocks to the Ocean

My cottage is located in Ocean Beach just six blocks to the water and 10 blocks to Newport Ave where all the cafes, bakeries, restaurants, & bars are located. Ocean Beach is one of San Diego's most vibrant communities. It's centrally located with easy access to all freeways and a short drive to downtown, Little Italy, Sea World, Mission Beach, & everything else San Diego has to offer.

Sunset Cliffs Garden Studio

Located 1 block from Sunset Cliffs Natural Park. Watch amazing sunsets everyday & do yoga on the cliffs facing the ocean! The garden studio is cozy, cute, and we use natural products for cleaning, etc. We're kid/baby-friendly too. We are located 3 miles from Seaworld & close to Ocean Beach, Pt. Loma, Cabrillo Light House, downtown San Diego, Pt. Loma Nazarine University.
