The unit has a queen bed and futon that lays down to a full size bed. It's very comfortable for small groups. Our "Quirky" Cottage is just that!! If you want to experience "old Florida" come and stay with us in our quirky cottage nestled in old oak trees! It was originally built in 1960 as a camping cabin, it came in a box as a do it yourself kit! There are a few left around town - really unique and private space! Located just 5-10 minutes from the Okaloosa Island beaches and everything downtown Fort Walton Beach has to offer and just 15 minutes to Destin. (all depending on traffic!)

Welcome to Sandy Pointe 212, a cozy one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo just steps away from the beautiful beaches of Okaloosa Island. Enjoy direct beach access and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Guests have access to the beach and can also take advantage of the shared outdoor grill area. Assigned covered parking is available for one vehicle in the carport under the building.

Spacious, Cozy and Private

My wife and I own and live in the house, but the portion of the house we are using as Airbnb has a private house entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and living room area. As well as the use of a washing machine and dryer. We are 2 minutes from WalMart, 15 minutes from Okaloosa Island beaches, and 20 minutes from Destin. We have a coffee machine, microwave, propane grill, and mini fridge set up. We allow pets at a $50 additional charge and have a large fenced in back yard for them.

It is a 10-Minute drive to either Eglin Air Force Base or Hurlburt Field--and you can be at the beach in less than 10 minutes! Destin is only a 15-minute drive! Publix Grocery Store/Pharmacy is 1-mile away, and our local Walmart for any extras that you might need is only 2 miles from the property.
