Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

We go to great length to make your stay easy, so that you can focus on your event. We provide made beds, linens. For the beach: badges, towels, chairs and umbrellas. Off street parking. This house is a classic raised ranch on pilings. It has modern conveniences and beach-y decor. The location is great (2.5 blocks or 1/4 mile to beach)

Private apartment suite attached to our house. It has 1 BR. WE ARE NOT ON THE BEACH, but we are very close to Barnegat Bay & Ocean county new jersey coastline. We are 15 miles from seaside heights. 25 miles from long beach island. 4 miles from Cedar Creek & new Berkeley Island County Park. Smithville is 35 min drive. Atlantic city is 45 min drive. It is clean, private, functional, affordable and comfortable suite. HONEY BEES, DOGS, & CHICKENS ON PROPERTY. The animals do make noise.

Welcome to our cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath rental in Barnegat Light, NJ. Walking distance to everything you need for a couple's weekend or a family vacation! The beach is only 1.5 blocks away. Also a short walk to the lighthouse, nature trails, restaurants, golf course, children’s park, skate park, boat charters, and fishing. Bring your bikes, the activities are endless! Bayside bottom unit duplex in Brant Beach area of LBI with everything you need for a great family vacation! 1 block from the ocean and a short walk to many restaurants and shops. Located on a quiet street our home sleeps 5 and features 2 bedrooms , 2 full baths, air conditioning, open floor plan, kitchen with stainless steel and granite, livingroom, and front porch. NO PETS/NO SMOKING. Check in 2 PM & check out 10 AM. 2 Beach badges are included with chairs & games.

Magnificent Bay Views

Spectacular unobstructed views of Barnegat Bay. Secluded home directly on the bay with plenty of outside seating both on the decks and along the bay front. 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with plenty of space to spread out in the open floor plan first floor. Three upstairs bedrooms have direct access to decks and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There are upper and lower decks facing the bay so you can enjoy the sun and scenery.

Shore Haven Walk to beach and bay

Beach badges are not included but are MANDATORY whether or not you use our beach . These are the communities rules! Badges are NOT NEEDED before June 11th and after Labor Day. I will be requesting the money two days before check in so I can purchase them for you. Daily wristbands are 20.00 each and can be purchased at the beach from the badge checkers. 8 weekly badges are 175.00
