It is a quaint cape cod style 3 bedroom and 2 bath home with a large deck and outdoor shower on a secluded, quiet block by the Barnegat Bay. The backyard has an amazing marina view & the front a breathtaking bay view of the sunset & Mathis Bridge. The home is in a residential, family friendly neighborhood. My house was built in 2020 and is located in Manahawkin, New Jersey - just 8 miles from Long Beach Island and only 3 minutes from HMH Southern Ocean Medical Center. The property features 3 bedrooms (with one queen-size bed and three twin-size beds) and 2 full bathrooms. The backyard offers an outdoor dining area with a grill. The paved front driveway provides parking spaces for 3 vehicles and additional parking is available on the street.
