Located slightly on the OUTSKIRTS for a more peaceful stay, this home is only a 10 minute drive from the beach, Central Arroyo Grande, the Oceano Dunes, wineries, hiking and biking trails, and farmers markets. 15 minutes from Pismo Beach and 30 minutes from San Luis Obispo. 5 minutes from 2 golf courses. Beach Getaway

1/2 block from beach, upstairs bungalow, clean, furnished and open floor plan, great room, deck, dining and livingroom, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed/ black out curtains, 50" Flatscreen with good wifi, Roku, large deck for sunning, bird watching. Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. Longer stays available, just ask. Calendar is often blocked, but we can open dates.

Whether you choose to unwind in the serenity that surrounds our olive farm or venture out to experience all that SLO County has to offer, you'll be in the perfect spot for either or both. We're on a road less traveled with neighbors few and far between but located just 10 minutes from wine tasting, beaches, downtown SLO, the Village of Arroyo Grande, hiking trails and so much more.

Welcome to Laguna Landing! Located only steps away from the Oceano Dunes and Pismo Beach is this large 2900 square foot home. Turn right at the street that will take you through the dunes and the magnificent ocean view will open to you. Turn left and then return on Pier Av.

Enjoy a little getaway in this cottage by the beach. It’s cozy and simple with all the features of comfort. Walking to the beach is a just a short stroll down a windy little road filled with cool beach vibes. Cross a little wooden bridge and walk down a block or two and you are right in front of the Oceano dunes. Plan a bonfire and make s’mores on the beach. Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.
