Vintage Riverside Cottage w/ King Bed

Welcome to our 1901 "doll house" with timeless charm and contemporary upgrades. From the original cast iron tub that we refinished ourselves, to the brand new butcher block kitchen. You'll find yourself in the Brooklyn area of Riverside and close to 5-points, avondale , murray hill , DT Jax and 4 miles from Daily's Place & Vystar Veterans Arena. Our home has been converted into a Duplex, with this being located in the back and a quiet office located in the front of the building.

Fenced 4 bdr House Airport, Cruise, Zoo & Beaches

The house was built in 2023, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living/dining room and laundry. There’s a 6 car parking lot + a 2 car garage. Trailers and RVs are welcome (driveway is 60ft long). The back of the house has a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill. In total, 8 people could fit comfortably, though up to 9. If you're staying over the duration of 28 days and would like something added, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate all my guests!

Located in Avondale, this well kept 98 year old house features original hardwood floors throughout, updated kitchen. There are 2 main bedrooms, and a third with a twin bed + trundle but no door. The back yard is private with a beautiful pool (that is not heated) and cabana. Be sure to read the house rules and neighborhood description so that there are no surprises after your reservation is confirmed. Ring cameras monitor all the entrances and are motion activated.

Deep water access to anywhere in Jacksonville with dock available. Back yard pavilion gazebo 50 feet from river connecting to a remodeled home and landscaped pool. Home is not lived in and void of all personal property giving you open space to feel at home as your own. Bring your boat and tie up to the dock, or enjoy the provided kayaks and canoe. 1600sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite including a washer and dryer. The house is almost 100 years old and has seen some things! Huge backyard with deck and table and chairs. If the fruit on the trees is ripe please feel to eat it. The kitchen and one bathroom were fully renovated in 2022. Each bedroom has a king size bed and tv.
