Springfield Cottage - Cosy Medieval Hall House

Springfield Cottage is a few steps away from the centre of Chagford, a unique and historic town on Dartmoor. One of oldest properties in the town, it is a warm and welcoming house full of period features dating back to medieval times, including a large inglenook fireplace. A small frontage with lots behind! It has all modern comforts including a fully equipped kitchen and a separate wet-room style shower room with under-floor heating. Off-road parking (better suited to small to mid sized cars).

Quirky, comfortable, converted Chapel

Chapel Corner forms half of a converted Wesleyan Chapel built in 1864. It is centred in the beautiful, ancient village of Winkleigh which is the heart of Devon, equidistant from both coasts and moors and allows guests to explore this fantastic area. The Chapel is foremost a home; comfortable and quirky. There is a spacious kitchen with with a stunning staircase, a large sitting and dining room with cosy woodburner, two beautiful bedrooms, a modern shower room and bathroom. Parking for 1 car.

The Old Sunday School is located in the picturesque and peaceful village of Harrowbarrow with stunning views of the Tamar Valley and beyond. The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. Airy and light with underfloor heating, the spacious, contemporary cottage has been converted from Glyn's former studios . Only 2 miles from the A30, Woodbrooke is in a stunning rural location on the edge of Dartmoor - a few minutes drive from Iron Age camps, an ancient temperate forest and the stunning Hunter's Path. Dark skies and tranquillity allow you to see the stars and hear owls call but the cottage also has fast fibre broadband, a smart TV, excellent showers and a charcoal BBQ.

The Weekender is a contemporary space,38sqm with stunning views all round step through the door and relax. The decor is stylish, comfortable, a beautiful haven to sit and contemplate the breathtaking surroundings from. Described by a recent guest as "The most beautiful small space they'd ever stayed in" It can be difficult to do anything here other than unwind. But if you can drag yourself away from this little gem it's a great place to explore North Cornwall's diverse delights from.

Felly House Annex

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

The Hideaway

Our barn is well situated between London and Cornwall, and is on the cycle route from Land's End to John o' Groats. We offer peaceful, simple accommodation, in a converted barn. The decor is simple, eclectic and stylish, possibly shabby chic. The building is spacious yet intimate , with a comfortable bed, cosy sofa, and a wood burner. The barn is completely separate from the main house where we live, by about 30m. Although we are mostly here, the barn feels very secluded.

The listed farmhouse dates back to 1750 and has been lovingly restored in a charming contemporary-chic style, providing a cosy and comfortable interior.

Bright and airy, newly renovated cottage in central Okehampton. Off street parking for two cars with exclusive use of an EV charger (charges apply). Ideally located for the Devon cycling mecca, the Granite Way, which is at the end of the road. A number of pubs, shops and restaurants are a short walk away. Dartmoor itself is also accessible by foot or a few minutes in the car. The sandy beaches of North Devon are a 40 minute drive away if you fancy a surf!
