One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Auf dem schönen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit genießt ihr den Blick auf St. Ulrich und traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge. La casa Vergissmeinnicht dista 1 Km dal centro di Selva Gardena da raggiungere comodamente con il bus gratuito oppure la passeggiata a piedi in 15 minuti. In estate vicino ai sentieri per escursioni verso Ciampinoi, Monte Pana e Alpe di Siusi. In inverno partendo da casa con gli sci ai piedi si arriva direttamente sulla pista da sci Sasslong B del Ciampinoi collegata con il comprensorio del Sella Ronda. Un cordiale benvenuto a tutti famiglie e anche motociclisti.

Sehr schöne Wohnung (80m²) mit Balkon in einem authentischen historischen Haus, in einer ruhigen Gegend, nur wenige Schritte von der Raschötz Seil- und Roddelbahn (100m), der berühmten Seceda-Seilbahn (200m) und dem Zentrum von St. Ulrich (400m) entfernt. Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus vorhanden, ebenso wie ein Garten. Ankommen, den Autoschlüssel weglegen und frei sein zum Skifahren, Einkaufen, Aperitif trinken, Essen gehen, Wandern, Urlaub machen, alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Cozy living room with fireplace and kitchenette. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One parking space included; additional parking available upon request.

Apartment Aer with sauna - Chalet Insignis

Our light-flooded apartment is fully equipped, and features a private south-facing balcony with a unique view. Thanks to the central location of the chalet, you can start your holiday activities in summer as well as in winter directly from the accommodation by foot. Afterwards, treat yourself to a few hours of relaxation in the private sauna in your chalet or end the day on the couch with a glass of wine and a view through our panoramic windows.

Ein gigantischer Ausblick, eine private Terrasse und zwei neue und stilvolle Apartments. Wo einst eine große Wiese mit Farnen war, steht nun unser "farnhaus", inmitten der Natur, ruhig gelegen und dennoch schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.

El apartamento de vacaciones Comfort La Mana, de 70m², se encuentra en Santa Cristina en Gröden/Santa Cristina Valgardena, una ciudad en el hermoso Tirol del Sur. El apartamento consta de una sala de estar, una cocina bien equipada con lavavajillas, 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, y tiene capacidad para 4 personas. El apartamento también cuenta con Wi-Fi y televisión por satélite. Se admiten niños y hay una cama de bebé y una trona disponibles.
