Two queen bedrooms, full kitchen, beautiful red efficient fireplace, heating and cooling, large windows from den area facing the mountains. It backs up to the Lincoln National Forest which has access to the 16 mile rim trail. Property is at 8900 ft. Cool summers and light snow winters. Ski Apache is 1hr and 40 min away. Ski Cloudcroft is only 10 min away and has fun tubing, summer and winter.
