Why Kashmir on the lake? in 2004 the house was built by a local husband and wife who were dedicated to having their grandchildren enjoy this special place in the Catskills. The family decided to move south and listed the home to rent occasionally - especially for the music festival Mountain Jam in Hunter . The guest residence is decorated in a rustic adirondack style, with spacious living room, kitchen and 2 decks overlooking the lake, and plenty of parking. Comfy queen sized beds in both bedrooms. Master bedroom has cooling mattress, so you'll sleep like a baby! The living room can accommodate a couple of additional people.
