Stay in one of our cozy Casitas (tiny houses) that accommodate two people and are situated among a few others at our eclectic campground in the valley between Ridgway and Ouray Colorado. These tiny homes have a small footprint of 250 square feet but feel much larger due to the high vaulted ceilings. They are stocked with your everyday necessities such as linens, cooking basics and showering facilities. We have cleverly designed them to maximize space and hope you enjoy the loft views!

Ride your bike to the RAT trails or drive 2 miles to Orvis Hot Springs to soak after skiing or hiking all day. Downtown Ouray Townhouse - Walk to Everything!

This beautifully renovated upstairs condo is located in the heart of downtown Ouray. The front entrance is located off 6th Ave (same as Kristopher's Culinary, Hotel Ouray and the MoJo's Coffee Shop), just a half block from Main Street. The condo was renovated in 2019 with brand new EVERYTHING (floors, kitchen, bathroom, carpet, windows, HVAC, etc.)! All finishes are high end giving the feeling of a lux stay. Riverfront Rustic Cabin (Max:4) - Pets & Spa

Enjoy our heated, inviting, pet-friendly cabins, which offer access to the salt-water spa, firepit, and grill, all within walking distance to downtown Ouray. Please note: Cabins do not have running water or private bathrooms. Drinking water is available in our heated restroom and shower facilities, located just a short walk from the cabins and maintained regularly throughout the day. Pets are permitted with prior approval, as well as an additional deposit and nightly fees.

Mountain Retreat

Nestled against the majestic San Juan Mountains, this beautiful retreat within walking distance to the heart of Ouray provides an escape with the convenience of access, yet the comfort of solitude. The main level of the 2 story townhouse has a living room with gas fireplace, TV, WiFi, dining room, kitchen, a half bath and a laundry room. Upstairs has three bedrooms and one full bath. This is for the south unit, not the unit above the garage which has long term residents.

Our south facing, cozy, private hotel room sits at the base of Chair 7, gets ample sunshine and is ski-in/ ski-out. It lies in the heart of town and is within walking distance to Telluride Town Park and Main Street where you will find local bars, shopping and restaurants. This warm, small suite includes a kitchenette and shared hot tub (closed until Oct. 30) situated on the San Miguel River where you can enjoy the Colorado night sky or serenades of the stream. A pet free unit located only two short blocks from the center of Ridgway is this charming three story chalet. This listing is for the entire second and third story which is a guest suite and has a full kitchen, living and sun room, along with two bed rooms.
