Kipper Cottage is a charming two bedroom holiday home, 2 minutes walk from beautiful Pakefield beach. Sleeping 4 guests. Up to 2 well behaved dogs welcome. Situated in the heart of Pakefield - Beachcomber cottage is within walking distance of a lovely beach, places to eat and well situated to visit many surrounding places in Suffolk or Norfolk. The downstairs living space is open plan. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms suitable for a 4 person family or a pair of couples and bath/shower room. There is a rear enclosed south facing garden perfect for relaxing. Part of the garage can be used for storing bikes or sports equipment etc during your stay.

Beautiful big studio in ex theatre - own entrance

This large studio has its own private corridor and bathroom, accessed by its own entrance in a newly converted Grade 2 listed ex theatre. With tv area, dining area, bedroom area and kitchenette area (fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle) it makes a compact base for exploring Suffolk and the Norfolk Broads. Located in the old town centre, 5 minute walk from the high street, and 15 minutes walk from the station and beach. Sorry - not suitable for children under 8 years.

Private Studio Annex near beach

Studio Annex and bathroom, set back behind our own house accessed via a shared side road. We are just a 10 minute walk from Pakefield beach with various shops, supermarkets and more just across the road. There is private parking available for up to two cars and a private garden with a seating area. We are pet friendly and have 1 travel cot and 1 small pull down camp bed available on request. There is a small £10 fee for pets at the time of booking.
