This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. You can also enjoy our porch with direct access to our garden. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom and you can relax on our veranda.

This charming 30 m2 open-plan studio is thoughtfully designed with handcrafted stone and wood details that reflect the natural beauty of the island. It features a cozy sitting area, a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a private bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the garden. Loads of love and effort for this particular house.This is the second house that we created in the complex. I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Silver) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! Just a breath away from the beaches of Krios & Marchello, with an amazing view and unique sunsets. The house is located in Krios area which is close to town (Parikia) but far away from the hustle of the town. Here you will find your piece and calmness!
