Se encuentra en el centro de Parghelia (una ciudad a 2 km de Tropea, "Perla del Mar Tirreno") a poca distancia de hermosas playas, cafés, restaurantes, pizzerías, minimarket, farmacia, estación de tren, alquiler de coches. La casa está en dos niveles, se completa con un jardín con la posibilidad de un espacio al aire libre para el uso exclusivo de los huéspedes. Zona céntrica pero tranquila, se puede aparcar el coche delante de la casa.

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.
