Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

Mökissä on alkuperäistä charmia, uudella kauniilla sisustuksella. Hyvä keittiö. Nukkua voi alakerrassa tai parvella. Parven tikkaat ovat jyrkät. Mökissä on wifi, 43’ tv ja radiossa on bluetooth-yhteys. Avotakka ei ole käytössä. Mökissä on hyvä sauna, pyykinpesukone ja kuivauskaappi. Liinavaatteet ja loppusiivous kuuluvat hintaan.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Homely studio with air conditioning.

Studio apartment for short-term accommodation. Best suited for 1-2 people but there are beds to 3. Private entrance and the car can be parked right outside the front door. Socket for car engine heater (not for EV-car batteries). Bed linen and towels are included in the reservation. Bed linen is for the number of people indicated in the reservation. Extra towels 5 eur/person. Best suited for those looking for good nights sleeping. Discount for multiple nights.

Tunnelmallinen talo Kemijoen rannassa

Luonnonkauniilla Kemijoen rantatörmällä Rovaniemeltä noin tunnin ajomatka, 65 km Kuusamoon päin.Suosittelen auton vuokraamista. Kaikilla mukavuuksilla varustettu 75 m2 mökki ,jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, tupakeittiö, sauna, kylpyhuone, kuisti ja terassi. Mökin lähellä on (n. 700 m) uimaranta. Mahdollisuudet moottorikelkkailuun kalastukseen, marjastukseen ja metsästykseen sekä retkeilyyn. Noin 1,2km:n päässä on veneen laskupaikka.

Captains Cabin is a separate part of my house. Made for 2 person, but 4 can sleep in 2 doubble beds. 2 room. own entre. own bathroom, showercabin and wc. Mini kitchen. Free parking with electric for car heater. acces to garden with fireplace living room 10,7 m2 Bed room 7,6 m2 Bathroom 3,3 m2 Total area 21,6 m2 It is located 3 km from city center, close to bus stop for local bus. I speak only English and Swedish.

We have a spacious garden and a private car parking. The Garden Cottage is located 2 km from the city centre of Rovaniemi, and 10 km from Rovaniemi airport and the Santa Claus Village.
