It is located in a peaceful neighborhood in front of the sea, near the piney peninsula of Ermioni and within a walking distance from the village center (taverns, shops, super-markets, nightlife, banks, bakeries). Πρόκειται για το παλιό μου πατρικό. Το σπίτι είναι φωτεινό και βαμμένο με ανοικτά χρώματα. Προσπαθώντας να διατηρήσω το παλιό του χαρακτήρα κράτησα κάποια έπιπλα-αντίκες, σερβίτσια ακόμα και ένα πολυέλαιο πάνω από το σαλονάκι των γονιών μου. Έχει στο πίσω μέρος του αυλή με κληματαριά και στο μπροστινό του μπαλκόνι υπέροχη θέα ακριβώς πάνω από τη θάλασσα.
