E' situata a poca distanza da Camogli e Portofino; sono facilmente, raggiungibili le Cinque Terre e Genova. Il parcheggio all'interno del Condominio favorisce l'accesso comodo all'appartamento. Un ampio terrazzo attrezzato, affacciato su una vista tuttotondo, permette di passare momenti indimenticabili. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a circa 1 km raggiungibile a piedi o in macchina.

La casa e' stata ristrutturata mantenendo le caratteristiche delle antiche abitazioni rurali. Varcando la soglia, vi troverete proiettati indietro nel tempo avvolti dal calore del legno, materiale predominante nell'abitazione. Nella natura, in una zona soleggiata, tranquilla e in posizione strategica, poco distante dalle più alte vette della Liguria e dalla costa.
