"Mowita" a seaside flat with stunning sea view

At 10 mts from the beach, on the pedestrian seafront, “Mowita” flat has a stunning view on the sea. A little corner of paradise close to everything and at few steps from the sea... just relax and have the song of waves for lullaby! Free parking spots at 1 min walking, train station at 5 min walk (direct shuttle to the cruise ships) and the port at 10 min walk. Restaurants and bars are just downstairs but if you like something really special, try our Cooking Class or our Italian Family Dinner !

Beach House Giannella w/ direct access to the sea

The villa is surrounded by a 1500 sq m garden with pines, Mediterranean plants and flowers, and includes a private sandy beach directly bordering the sea.It is composed of a living room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and two bathrooms (one of which in a small external structure). It is provided with air conditioning and a heat pump.In the park, there is an outdoor kitchen and a large table under a gazebo on the beach, which allows you to eat right in front of the sea.

Una encantadora casita con una vista al mar impresionante, a solo 10 metros de la playa, donde puedes relajarte, arrullado por el sonido de las olas. Amueblada con estilo náutico, recuerda a un velero. La ventana espejada te permite disfrutar de un café o un almuerzo en total privacidad mientras admiras el mar. A solo 20 minutos en tren desde la estación de Roma San Pietro, la casita está cerca de la Necrópolis Etrusca de Banditaccia y del Parque Torre Flavia, ideal para paseos en la naturaleza.

Santa Marinella si trova a 60 Km da Roma, che è facile da raggiungere in treno. La stazione si trova infatti a 700 metri, e i treni più veloci portano a Roma San Pietro in 35 minuti.

Scuba diving, walks and excellent food. The house can host 6 people, but we prefer 4. In any case if you are more than 4 please tell us : you will pay 10 euros for each extra person and we'll give towel and bed linen for them.
