Le nostre casette sono cinque(Timo, Ortica, Alloro, Salvia, e Pimpinella), costruite con grande attenzione per la sostenibilità energetica e nell'assoluto rispetto dell'ambiente. Il posto perfetto per godersi un bicchiere di vino al tramonto, camminare a piedi nudi, e ritrovare i propri ritmi e pensieri nella quiete della natura e nel contatto con i propri affetti.

In a parc of 12 hectares of land which has 900 olive trees, we propose for rental a large and elegant villa which is ideal for up to 26 persons (7 bedrooms, plus a library room and 2 living rooms which can be used as bedrooms). There are 7 bathrooms. The villa has a tennis and a pool which is however closed in winter. It is located at 5 mn from the city center of Fano. Thank you ! On a side section of the villa, the appartement of the house manager who however ensures highest privacy of guests.

Le giornate invernali invece, saranno allietate dal caminetto. Gli spazi conservano il sapore tipicamente italiano, grazie ai pavimenti in cotto e alle porte antiche marchigiane. la casa è circondata da negozi, librerie, ristoranti, e dista pochi passi da un supermercato.

Mil metros cuadrados de césped independiente y cerrado. Una terraza para cenar. 5 minutos en coche del centro histórico de Pesaro, menos de 2 minutos para llegar a la playa. A la villa se accede por un camino privado por lo que no hay transito.
