Jolly Nose Hill is known locally for extensive walking and bike tracks. Rainbow Beach hosts regular surfing competitions. The Beach Hotel, 5 mins away, has a good menu and live music at weekends and the Nursery serves yummy breakfasts, both with fun play areas. Up the road in Port Macquarie, you’ll find shops, cafes and restaurants, Glasshouse Theatre, cinema, lighthouse, museums, Koala Hospital.. A little further up the road, but not much, is Stoney Park, an aqua park for both young and old.

Guests will have the opportunity to take a short walk to one of two beaches located only a few hundred metres from the studio. Welcome to Little Palm Cabins in Lake Cathie - 14 various sized cabins located in our beautiful seaside village and just 15 minutes to Port Macquarie. Accommodating solo travellers or large groups, each cabin has its own patio and outdoor seating with access to the shared laundry facilities.
