'The Edge' is situated in Binalong Bay, right in the heart of the stunning Bay of Fires conservation area on Tasmania's East coast. A quiet peaceful retreat, it sits right on the edge of the tranquil Grants lagoon and a lovely lagoon-side walk takes you to the beaches the area is famous for. The open plan space is warm and bright, receiving all day sun. Beautiful views over the water and surrounded by a large sundeck and a semi tropical garden - The Edge is a perfect place to relax and unwind.

The Derby Bank House is in the centre of town, walking distance to eateries, brewery and the iconic floating sauna. The entire floor from Main Street level is offered as a suite with no kitchen or laundry facilities available. Self contained cabin is a seperate listing No children under the age of 14 years.

There is plenty to see and do in this area, so consider staying for two or more nights to explore our magnificent Pyengana valley, the Blue Tier walking and MTB trails and the must see St Columba waterfalls. Known to the locals as the bottle house, the original old cottage has plenty of character with bottles cemented into the wall around the fire place and a wagon wheel set into a stone wall.
