Community has multiple docks close by as well as boat ramp and trailer storage. Two decks with great views of the lake and mountains. Spacious master bedroom with king sized bed on entry level. Second bedroom with two twin beds. Third bedroom on second level with queen bed and workspace. Community has boat rentals and restaurant within walking distance.

Bath/Kitchen towels provided, but NOT SHEETS. Smart TV for streaming and Xfinity high speed internet. NO Boat/Trailer parking at the condo. Parkway Marina charges $10 for the first day and $6 for additional days to put in, take out and park boat/trailer. We are located 2 minutes (.7 miles) from Parkway Marina.
