There are tennis courts, a basketball court and an outdoor hockey rink with warming house (winter) across the street. Restaurants and the downtown shopping are area within walking distance.

Main floor has 2 bedrooms, plus an extra room with a bed, living room, family room with gas fireplace, dining room area and full bath. Downstairs has a kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom, laundry room and full bath.

Welcome to the Farm. This is a newly constructed, single level home, conveniently located near Itasca State Park, Long Lake, La Salle Lake State Recreation Area, Off Grid Armory and more. Grab groceries on your way in and spend the day enjoying some of the many outdoor adventures that northern Minnesota has to offer. In the evenings, relax with a bonfire on one of the two patios and watch for wildlife, including cows out in the pasture.

Uggen Homestead: The whole house is yours!

If you can not climb stairs special accommodations can be made.Washer and dryer available for use. I have put out a dock and have two kayaks to enjoy on Oak Lake. Enjoy the hot tub, build a fire, visit with the horses, they love carrots or cookies. NO extra guests or parties are allowed. This beautiful country home is right next to Hwy 2, 1/2 mile from Oak Lake golf course. Maple Lake Eastside beach is very nice and only 9 miles away.
