We are close to major highways, a stone's throw away from the Kenilworth Race Course and 2kms away from a vibrant village with restaurants and pubs. You will find a convenience store, hair dresser and coffee shop 200 meters away. For load shedding backup, we have an UPS for the WIFI, a gas cooker and rechargeable light bulbs and light.

Welcome to 17 on Severn-A comfortable and quiet space for you to relax in and have a very good nights sleep. We are close to Constantiaberg Medi Clinic and Melomed Clinic. As well as the US Embassy. Meadowridge and Constantia Shopping Centres are close by. Also in easy access are restaurants churches, gyms, running trails and beaches. Welcome to our beautiful cottage in leafy Newlands. It sleeps three people comfortably. You are welcome to use the garden and pool, with relaxing loungers and braai facilities. Enjoy walking, hiking, running & cycling in the neighbourhood. We are close to great coffee shops and restaurants, Kirstenbosch, Newlands Forest, UCT and the airport. There is a refrigerator, microwave and flat-screen TV with full DStv. (You may be visited by a friendly Spaniel)
