Studio apartment addition attached to our family home. Our home is located three miles to downtown Edgartown with bus service & bike path close by. Private entrance, mini fridge, coffee press & accessories, private bath with shower, washer/dryer, bed in a loft area (ladder access only) with queen size sofa bed available below for additional sleeping. This is our family home with two baby boys. We try our best to keep quiet, but it is important to note their presence; rental has a sound machine.

Due to our severe medical health allergies to animal hair, fur & feathers, Airbnb has granted us an exemption not to host guests service or emotional support animals.

The AirbNB Studio Space is Private w/ its own separate entrance & exit. Our home is set in the 'Sheep Pond' area. We are walking distance to Sheep Pond to kayak & swim. We have kayaks, paddleboards, beachchairs, & towels for your use. A backyard w/ your own picnic table, seating area, & hammock. An outdoor shower ! Minutes away from bay & oceanside beaches, biking, hiking & Nickerson State Park. 40 mins from Provincetown; & surrounded by quaint Route 6a, restaurants & shopping !

Full kitchen and 3/4 bathroom. Close to downtown New Bedford with many restaurants, ferries to Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket and Cuttyhunk. Short walk to the beach, Fort Rodman & Taber, military museum, walking/bike path. Flexible Check-in, arrive as early as 9AM or as late as needed. No Guests or parties.

East Chop Cottage - walk to lighthouse & beach!

This quaint little cottage is located in the heart of East Chop, a neighborhood of Oak Bluffs. East Chop features the high, prominent bluffs that gave Oak Bluffs its name. A lighthouse, East Chop Light, stands at the north end of the chop on Telegraph Hill- only a five minute walk from the cottage. The cottage is a twelve minute walk to the harbor, and about a mile from the Oak Bluffs ferry! There is a public beach about 1/2 mile down the road. ***This space is not suitable for children

This beautifully appointed 3BR suite has, 3 full baths, living room, kitchenette, dining area, sitting room, garden, patios w/seating, gas grill and brook, mill & pond views. It is a one-of-a-kind place to stay.

The space is a cozy, very roomy & quiet. The Suite is decorated with Coastal decor from New England and Sanibel Island. It includes a private bedroom with a very comfortable queen size bed. The living room has an entertainment center with a TV, Dvd, WiFi, couch, electric recliner, Mini fridge, microwave & Kuerig coffee maker. The area is located in the lower half of the house and has a private entrance with a lock & key. The suite is private from the living area of the homeowner.

NO KITCHEN facilities. Full bath (w/ shower) in attached ell. Bright & cheery, close to barn & goat pen. Shaded outdoor grass patio w/ teak furniture. Orchard (w/ fire pit), pastures, hay fields, stream, walking trails in woods.

Valentine's Day! How about booking a couple of away days for a Valentine surprise gift! I will throw in some helium balloons and a little extra for a cake. But book NOW!
