We really want you to experience the beauty of our area. We live on a safe and quiet peninsula, surrounded by water on three sides,close to Cornwall via the foot ferry, close to Brittany Ferries. You can hire bikes or swim in the sea . We are minutes away from the Fig Tree restaurant and the Royal William Yard with its cafés and restaurants including Seco, Prezzo, Wildwood, Pierre's and Wagamamas. We are an 10 minute bus ride away from the university and a 5 minute bus ride into town.

The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and a wooden oak floor, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a kitchen and dining area and can also book a private sauna experience and/or a private log fired hot tub session .

Look for the tuneful Skylarks, soaring Buzzards, Badgers, Foxes, Rabbits, Hedgehogs and many more birds which visit The Garden.

Large single bedroom with double bed in our cottage. Continental breakfast is included in the price of your stay. Cooked breakfast can be supplied for a small additional cost. There are dining room, sitting room and conservatory areas for guests to relax in during their stay. There is a fridge, microwave, and induction hob together with cutlery and crockery dedicated for guest use. The patio area has a charcoal barbecue available for guest use (charcoal is provided).
