First floor, two bedroom, one bath apartment in 1890’s classic Victorian “shore house.” One block to boardwalk, beach and ocean. Sleeping accommodations include one queen bed, one double bed and a pullout sofa (double). Amenities include two TV's, wifi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, ceiling fans and window AC’s. Large wraparound veranda porch and large rear yard with patio, gas grill and patio furniture.

Newly renovated in April 2025, our 440 sq. ft. condo has a brand new kitchen, bathroom, shower, smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and furniture. Steps to the beach, Jenkinson’s Boardwalk, aquarium, restaurants, and family attractions. We own five (5) other condos in the building if you need more space for family or friends. Includes one (1) parking spot; an extra spot may be rented for $50/night if available. Two adult beach badges are provided; additional passes can be purchased at the beach.

This family-friendly Coastal Ranch is just an 8 min walk to the beach/boardwalk and 10 min walk to town! This updated ranch has 3BR/2BA which sleeps 8 comfortably. 2-3 cars in driveway and street parking. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining room, and the plenty of seating in the living room with TV. Yard with outdoor shower is perfect to hangout after a long day. House is thoroughly cleaned between guests. Sorry, no pets. We only rent to families. Must be age 26+ to book.

The home is 300 yards from the Elizabeth Carter Private Beach-6 badges included - small children do not need a badge. PPB has a great boardwalk restaurants, amusement rides for the young and older, bars, brewery and entertainment a 20 min walk from the house, so you are near the action but not in it. The Ark restaurant is a short walk from the house.

Linens & towels are included for bookings over $150 per night. Otherwise, we can provide for $10.
