It has 3 queen size beds, and 2 sofas. Equipped with a eat in kitchen and two bathrooms, with washer and dryer. Updated 3rd floor condo in the Waterfront Condos. You have access to a private beach, pool, hot tub (ages 10 and up may use), and playground. The condo is 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and a sunroom with a beautiful view. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and another sleeper sofa in the sunroom. Linens, towels, pillows, and blankets are provided. *Condo is on the 3rd floor and there is not an elevator, only stairs. Beach/pool/hot tub are seasonal.
