Environnement très calme, au cœur de la verdure. Dans le jardin, accès partagé avec une 2ème maison : terrains de sport et jeux (pétanque, basket, foot, tyrolienne, trampoline, balançoire, château, crossfit). Connexion fibre. Ici, tout respire la tranquillité. Cette maison neuve est dédiée aux vacances: une terrasse face aux vignes, un accès et un espace jardin privatif. Nous vivons très discrets,dans notre résidence à proximité . Nous acceptons les animaux domestiques avec plaisir car nous avons nous même adopté deux chiots très sociables et affectueux de 12 mois ( nés en novembre 2024) ils sont gardés a l’écart de la maisonnette.
